Comments from Dave Nelson on The Simulated Plantation

Ted,
I just finished the book, I loved it and what an ending! It was fantastic without that ending but the ending makes it something that is etched into your mind - when I read that last sentence I was shocked and my jaw dropped!!
I read almost all of it the last 2 nights even though I was really busy, I could not stop. You are a greater writer!
I am so amazed and impressed that you are that you have that kind of imagination and storytelling ability with all the twists and turns - besides your great descriptive ability to make you feel you really know the characters and feel like you are there.
I think it is worthy of being a NY Times Best Seller and could be made into a great movie. I am not a book critic but I think I am a pretty good judge. I think you just need a great agent! I am guessing you are a lot more talented than you realize!
You must really be proud and love doing it.
Dave
